The services are provided by IJI IT GROUP, a limited liability company registered in Ukraine, its branches, subsidiaries, representative offices and agents around the world (hereinafter collectively the "Company").

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

Since we provide many different Services, some of them may have additional terms of use and restrictions, including those related to the age of the user. Such conditions are given in the relevant Services and, if you use them, are part of your agreement with IJI IT GROUP.

USE OF SERVICES
Using our Services, you agree to the unconditional and unconditional compliance with all the rules that you will be asked to read when using the Services.

Do not use the Services inappropriately. In particular, do not try to interfere with their work or access them bypassing the standard interface and our instructions. Use the Services only in accordance with the law, including applicable laws and regulations regarding export and re-export. If you violate these terms and conditions or if we suspect you of this, we may suspend or completely block your access to the Services.

When working with the Services, you are not granted intellectual property rights either to the Services themselves or to the content associated with them. You can use the latter only if you have the permission of its owner or if such an opportunity is provided by law (in this case, a link to the source is required). These conditions do not grant you the right to use any branding elements or logos of our Services. You must not remove, hide or modify copyright and legal notices displayed on the Services pages.

The Services may provide content created and / or downloaded by third parties. The latter are fully responsible for it. Sometimes we check the content for compliance with the law and our rules. In the event of serious violations, we can remove or block it. However, this does not mean that we mandatory check all materials.

If you use our Services, we may send you notifications, messages from the administrator and other information materials. In some cases, you can, if necessary, refuse to receive them.

Some of our services can be used on mobile devices. However, if you are driving a vehicle or any other means of transportation, this can distract you and lead to a violation of the rules of the road, so be careful.

YOUR ACCOUNT IJI IT GROUP
Some services require an IJI IT GROUP account. You can create it yourself, or in some cases an administrator will provide it to you, for example, an employer or an authorized employee of the Company. If you received an IJI IT GROUP account from the administrator, he has the right to view or block your account, and other or additional conditions may apply to you.
You are responsible for all the actions that are performed in our services using your IJI IT GROUP account, as well as in it. Therefore, do not disclose the password from your account to strangers, and do not use this password in other web applications. If you find that unauthorized actions are being performed in your account or using your password, notify the administrator.

PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF COPYRIGHTS
When working with our Services, you authorize us to use your personal information in accordance with the IJI IT GROUP privacy policy. The latter outlines why we use this data and how to ensure user privacy when working with the Services.

We check all reports of alleged copyright infringement and, guided by the Digital Rights Act, we terminate accounts whose owners systematically violate copyrights.

YOUR CONTENT IN THE SERVICES
Some of our Services allow you to download, add, store, send or receive information (content, content). However, all intellectual property rights in relation to these materials remain with their owner. That is, everything that was yours will remain yours.

By downloading, adding, storing, sending and receiving information in our Services, you grant IJI IT GROUP and its partners a worldwide license that allows us to use this content, post it, store, play, modify, create derivatives based on it work (for example, translations, adaptations and other ways of optimizing materials), share it, publish it, openly reproduce, display, and also distribute. Our systems automatically analyze your content (including emails) to provide information that is useful to you. This can be search results selected for you, ads, and other data. In addition, this analysis helps identify spam and malware. It is executed during the sending, receiving and storage of content.

The public data of your IJI IT GROUP account (name and photo in the profile), as well as information about the actions you take in the IJI IT GROUP services or in external applications related to your account (for example, reviews, comments, etc.) ), can be used by us for commercial purposes, including advertising. You choose what information is publicly available. For example, you can prevent your name and photo from being used in advertising.

Detailed information on how IJI IT GROUP uses and stores content is provided in the privacy policy and in the additional terms of use of the relevant Services. If you send us feedback and suggestions regarding working with the Services, we reserve the right to implement them without incurring any obligations to their author.

SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED WITH SERVICES
If you need to download software to work with the Service, it can be automatically updated on the user's device when its next version appears or a new function is introduced. Some Services allow you to configure automatic updates.

IJI IT GROUP provides you with a personal, worldwide, free, non-exclusive and non-reassignable license to use its software as part of your work with the Services. It allows you to take full advantage of the IJI IT GROUP Services in full compliance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any elements of the Services and related software, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of this software (software) except as required by law, or if written permission from IJI IT GROUP.
 
We pay great attention to open source software. Some programs required when working with our Services or included in them are distributed under the terms of a free license that will be provided to you. Certain provisions of it explicitly overlap certain requirements of these Terms.

CHANGE AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. From time to time, we introduce or remove some features and capabilities. We can also suspend the Service or close it.

You have the right to stop using our Services at any time. In addition, IJI IT GROUP may at any time block your access to them, restrict it or stipulate new conditions related to it.

We pay great attention to user access to our data. Upon closing the Service, we will take all measures to notify users about this in a way convenient for us, and give them the opportunity to copy the data contained in it. To do this, users must keep their feedback data up to date.

WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
We provide the Services based on an economically sound level of functionality and support. We hope that you will appreciate them. However, we cannot assume certain obligations regarding our Services.

Neither IJI IT GROUP nor its suppliers or distributors provide any other warranties regarding the Services, other than those specified in the presented and additional Terms of Use. In particular, we do not undertake any obligations regarding the content of the Services, their special functionality, reliability, accessibility and suitability to your needs. Services are provided on an “as is” basis.

The legislation of some countries provides guarantees such as marketability, suitability for a particular field of application and the absence of copyright infringement. Except as provided by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

RESPONSIBILITY APPLICABLE TO SERVICES
Neither IJI IT GROUP nor its suppliers or distributors are liable for lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, financial losses, or for indirect, special, indirect, punitive or punitive damage, unless otherwise provided by law.

Except as otherwise provided by law, the general liability of IJI IT GROUP, its suppliers and distributors for any claim in respect of these conditions, including all implied warranties, is limited to the amount of the last invoice paid by you for using the Services (or, at our option, re-provision Services to you).

Under no circumstances will IJI IT GROUP, its suppliers and distributors be liable for your unexpected damage or loss.

We understand that in some countries you, as a consumer, may have additional legal rights. If you use the Services for personal purposes, the presented and additional Terms of Use do not impose additional restrictions on your legal rights as a consumer, unless the latter are stipulated by the contract.

COMMERCIAL USE OF SERVICES
If you use our Services on behalf of your company, this means that the company accepts these Terms. She undertakes to protect IJI IT GROUP, its subsidiaries, management, agents and employees from any lawsuits, processes and proceedings related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms, as well as from any liability, including financial, in relation to lawsuits, damage, damage, processes, litigation, legal costs and attorney fees.

ABOUT THESE TERMS OF USE OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to change these or additional Terms of Use in the event of amendments to the law or updates to the Services themselves. If you violate these Terms and we do not take immediate actions, this does not mean that we do not intend to assert our rights in the future (including taking certain actions).

If one of the provisions of these conditions ceases to be valid, this will not affect the legitimacy of the remaining provisions.

In some cases, the courts of a number of countries do not recognize the legislation of Ukraine. If you live in one of these regions, the laws of Ukraine will not apply when considering claims related to these Terms of Use. Otherwise, you agree that all disputes regarding the Terms of Use or the Services will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, excluding the provisions on the conflict of laws. Similarly, if a court in your country refuses to recognize the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine, then claims relating to these Terms of Use should be considered within the local jurisdiction and judicial district. Otherwise, all claims in one way or another connected with these Terms of Use or by the Services themselves are in the competence of the courts of Ukraine. You, along with IJI IT GROUP, acknowledge the jurisdiction of these judicial bodies.
